梨山高冷茶
數量稀少的梨山高冷烏龍茶，老饕心中必嘗之茶
選用海拔2200公尺以上，年產量極、不受污染
香氣富蘋果香梨山茶區的茶菁製作
茶湯黃中帶綠色有光澤，柔和甘醇，耐泡持久
活性且富有鮮度，需細心品嚐方知香高
為大自然最佳珍品
3g茶+150cc的熱水，浸泡六分鐘後的第一泡葉底及茶湯
3公克連續浸泡六分鐘，共4次、其茶湯皆為清澈明亮是難得的好茶。
這種操法，注意的方向就是，四次已差不多30分鐘了
一般茶不夠好的、茶湯會 有混濁的現象(有點霧狀，不是很清澈的感覺)
有時連續是續沖的第二泡、或是已放久了的第一泡，看看這些是否有混濁的現象
還有2.3泡是否有變紅等現象、如果都很正常、那就是好茶囉
