這是用「冬片」做成的青茶，喜歡青茶的人絕不能錯過
工廠做好出廠的我們稱之為毛茶、半成品、出廠日為製作日期
倉儲方式為30斤的大型真空包裝、放冷藏
毛茶需經再處理、乾燥才能算是精制茶、才是成品
我們的烘焙封裝日期即是這個日期，保存期限是從這個日期算起
確保消費者都能喝到最佳、最新鮮的茶品
建議沖泡方式
水溫以水開了之後、關火、洗壺、置茶、沖泡(此時約是90度左右)
置茶不用多(約壺的1/4~1/5左右，五泡過後、壺蓋仍能輕輕蓋合)
第一泡浸泡約一分鐘(無需洗茶，但需先把壺燙洗過)
第二泡約30秒
第三泡也約30秒
再來每泡約加15秒
(再視個人口味加多置茶量或是浸泡時間)
或是大杯茶
可直接用3g的茶(約保特瓶一平蓋)，加熱水300-500cc，直接浸泡到溫，飲用。
或是冷泡茶
用3g-5g的茶，加到600cc的保特瓶中
室溫置放3-4小時，或冰箱6-8小時，飲用。
