此次福建永福行,最大的收獲~~

與世界茶王,天仁、天福集團總裁李瑞河先生的對話(中間是永福茶區的台商會會長)

We have met nad talked to the "Kong of Tea" in the world, as well as the CEO of Taiwan Ten-Ren + Tian-Fu (for China) Tea Company Group: Mr. Li, Rui-He.

總裁平常是不與人外出吃飯應酬的,這次為了這一群故鄉來的小朋友,頭一次訂了餐廳請我們吃飯。

Mr. Li, Rui-He did not invitie people for dinning or attend to such a leisure meeting, but for us, the young generation of Taiwan Tea Culutre, he has made an big exception to treat us all for a meal in a restaurant near the tea planting area.


行程~~~~

初踏入中國的第一印象~~廈門機場

被它的乾淨、明亮嚇了一大跳...後來才知道廈門是經濟特區、所以這是正常的

Scheduel~~~~
It's our first impression into China~~Xia-Men Airport (located in very South China, a habour city)
Astonisching clean and bright, we kew afterwards, that this area is a "Special Economy Developing Area" for investments, therefore it becam normal for our understandings.



我們的第一站、天福茗茶的廈門門市之一

天福總經理與副總經理與微笑奉茶人員,歡迎我們這些南投鄉親。


It's our first stop of main programm: To visit a chain branch/ shop of Tian-Fu Trade Mark in downtown Xia-Men city.
(PS. It's not allowed to shot pictures for the shop front or many other corners for copy right.)
General Manager and the Vice of Tien-Fu are with their Service Personnel, who are always making tea for customers, are greeting us, the guys from their home town (Tien-Ren corp. originated from Nantou City.)

奉茶文化是天福覺得自豪與驕傲的一個文化

入門二分鐘內、一定會讓顧客喝到一杯暖暖的茶(有時會是冰茶哦)
"Feng-Cha" (Tea Serving for Guest, surely for free) is a culture of Tien-Fu, of which they are very proud. Within 2 minutes, a guest will obtain a cup of warm tea. (Well, its not incredible to get cold one in hot summer.)

我是先自已一個人摸去的,想試試這個奉茶文化、到底是不是真的

一個人的体驗是完全不同的,靜靜的品了三種不同風味的茶

完全空手出來,還讓奉茶人員說:謝謝光臨, 歡迎下次來。

這種感受真的很好。
A shop in Chang-Sha City
I have tried an adventure myself, and foun this shop. I just wanted to test ,who real the Tea Serving Culture is.
Being alone is nice. I got silence and tasted 3 kinds of tea.
I did not feel any stress that I should buy some tea, I was out of the shop with empty hands.
The service ladies smiled and said good bye finally, its a really nice expierence.



我真的馬上又來了、這次帶了一群人去,讓他們再体驗一次...(呵呵、老總丫別K我)

Then, I called the other travel "compagnon" to go there again for expierencing this themselves...(Hehe, General Manager, pls do not kick me for tasting so much tea for free...)



早先也逛了在附近台灣人開的連銷店...而店員只是站在櫃台上 看著我們。

比對之下、我想天福的成功不是沒有原因的
Before visit this shop, we have observed some other tea shops owned by Taiwanese there, but the personnels were just standing there behind counter and looking at us.
In this contrast to Tien-Fu, it's not difficult to understand, why Tian-Fu got many successes.

第二站、在天福茗茶的總部..

In a glance:



建設中的天福茶葉職業學校,第一年只能招生,福建省內的學生600名。

建議其開設暑期短期進修班...他們審慎考慮中...
The "Tian-Fu Professional High School for Tea Agriculture" is unter construction, in the first year, they can only have 600 students within entire Fu-Jian province.
We have suggested them to offer some summer seminars for short term, hey found the idea very interesting and promised to consider about it.

第三站、主題上場~~永福茶區

因為往永福茶區的路上正在全線施工、如果這個工人一檔的話就會延誤個2-3小時。

一路上幾十個施工點....這個可讓人很擔心....

還好有商請了公安當前導....這樣就一路順暢到底了..

3rd Stop: The main target~~Yong-Fu(="lucky forever") Tea Planing Area
On the way toward the palntage was just under construction, if there's any site blocked, then it would dely 2~3 hours. And we knew, there would be more than 10 building sites.
With the guiding help of orgnized police, we have fortunately arrived there smoothly.
On th picture, you might see the beton on the right side, on the left side is stilly muddy...



永福本來是花卉市場、全國約有六成以上的杜鵑來自這裡

圖中為桂花樹、樹下為七葉膽...
Here was formerly flower market, more than 60% of the azelea of China came form this area.
On the picture you may see the trees are orthmanus three, the lwer ones are "Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb) Makino"(lat.)...


市長因為另有一場二岸農業論壇無法分身前來

其它的副市長、書記、農業部..等等的全來了....(見識到了高規格是什麼意思)
The Mayor could not come over due to a forum refering to the agricuktural development betwenn Taiwan & China.
The other officers were all there, like: Vice Mayor, City Secretary, Officer of Agriculture Dep. etc. (We have known the meaning of "high scale" occasion=>chinese idiom there)



這是最早先開發的一片茶園、是以烏龍、金萱為大宗。其它什麼品種也都有....

圖中間二個小山頭上不同顏色的是四季春....
This area is the earliest one, filled with Oolong, Jinshuan. The other sorts are less.
In the middle of the picture, the upper area in different (fresher) colour is plant of Si-Chi-Chun (Four Season Oolong)....


這是才剛開發年紀最小的茶園....
This is the youngst part....


除了最老的茶園已量產之外

其它的茶園、也開始試採摘...
The oldest part has got harvest for production, the other younger ones are now in testing already...



正趕工中的工廠,圖為大型空調室、預計也會有大型的萎凋架
The factory under construction. In the picture you may see the big scaled Air Conditioning Room. It is supposed to settle up big scaled "withering construction" for fermentation.


一邊趕工程、一邊揉茶中的克難式的揉茶工廠...

The knead factory is still under construction, but has already started to work too....



台灣2-300坪的叫大廠,而這樣趕工中的工廠約有600坪,另外還有四-五座,都以台灣最高規格的廠房設計來施設中。

這裡目前約有十來個台商、每人以100甲計算、預計三年後、可大量生產

採茶人工不成問題、閒雜人士太多了、每次上工採茶就是2-300人...

這只是永福當地人而已哦...
In Taiwan, a factory of 1200-1800 sqm is called "big" one. And this building under construction has ca. 1800 sqm, besides there are other 4~5 sites, all are designe & constructured according to the Highst Standard of Taiwan Level.

There are more than 10 Taiwanese Traders from Taiwan here, if each one has 100 "Jia" (ca. 18000 sqm), in three years, there can be gauranted huge employment produced. They need so many people, each session for picking tea leaves, there are 200~300 workers on. And this counting just inclueded local employeethey...

這裡的狀況讓我這個台灣小茶農頭皮發麻....

在參觀的幾個門市中、標台灣茶(大部份都是的MIC大陸產制的台式茶)都放在角落中、甚至沒有....這是怎麼回事??

目前是鐵觀音、普洱茶為主流

可是2000元-6000元台幣的鐵觀音(其實真的也不便宜)

喝來也沒比我們的台灣烏龍好丫、普洱茶也是跟大陸炒股一樣的被炒翻天~~

而這就是大陸政府單位大力推廣下的一個現象。

This enormerous situation makes me a tiny tea farmer from Taiwan little nervous.....
In some voisited shops, they are selling tea labled as "Taiwan Products" (they are mostly Teas made in China according to Taiwan Processes ) are lying in the corner alone, sometime even none. What's happen?

At ths moment, Tie-Guan-Yin & Pu-Erh Tea are the main stream teas.
But even 2000~6000 NT$Tie-guan-Yin Oolong tea (extrem expensive in China relation), are not that delicious like our ordinary Taiwan Oolongs.
Also the Pu-Erh Tea got a fever, just pushed to the sky like in stock house.
And it might be a phenomonan, which is promoted and created intensivly by China govornment.


頭皮發麻還有一個因素是

只要一個永福茶區的茶回到台灣、則台茶平均價格至少會降2-500元以上

這對台灣茶農的生計的影響是很深很大的...

What made me nervouse, on the other hand:
If ever a tea product of Yong-Fu Area flows back to Taiwan,
then our Taiwan tea will be driven top reduce 200~500 NT$/ 600g in average.
It would be a unbelievable impact to our livelihood.


目前永福與天福很密切的合作....

我們衷心的期待天福與這些台商他們能在大陸市場順利的開疆闢土

當烏龍能像鐵觀音一樣的盛行時,再十個永福茶區+十個台灣茶區的烏龍茶、都還不夠用。

Nowaday, Yong-Fu Specail Area is cooperating closely with the giant Tian-Fu Co....
We do wish form our bottom of hear, that Tian-Fu and the other running Taiwan Traders can develope their business well.
then, if one day, Taiwan-Taste-Oolong becomes popular, then 10 Yong-Fu Area & 10 whole Taiwan Area would be not enough, since the taste is just phantastic.
 

大哥,您沒交代一下同行的有哪些名片拿出去對方手會抖的人物啊?接待規格這麼高!

其實天福在國外﹝至少在我們這兒﹞是跟天仁招牌平起平坐的,我現在想想他們到底為何需要這樣做,或許只為兩岸生意通吃?但願是如此。

最重要的是,那茶喝起來到底差多少?接待這一團,拿出來的茶肯定是高等級的,您是否就這點發表一些見解呢?

呵呵~~台商會跟當地書記介紹時說~~

我們來的地方是佔台灣總產量六成的地方

而我們這一群人就包辦佔了這六成中的一半以上....

他們新開發的茶區很缺通路、是希望我們能幫忙吃下他們的產量。

所以就處處的招待與幫忙....

只是因為停留的時間太短、中午到他們市政府的餐廰吃飯

聽說有24道菜也只吃了12道左右、就連忙趕行程了。

下午早早就下山了、也還好早下山、如果晚一個小時就會被大雨關於山上了。

而此地的台商也很熱情的招待我們去他們的廠、去他們的茶園中參訪

除了遠道而來的故鄉人之外

心中也有一些些相同的希望吧

其實我是覺得、大陸行雖重點是在永福茶區

但額外的收入是喝到了許多流行的茶

400元、500元、1000元等人民幣(約乘4.3=台幣)的鐵觀音

還有普洱茶研究院喝到的一些頂極的普洱、及門市中的普洱

讓我們覺得人真是盲目的跟隨的「人造」的潮流~~~

人造的潮流、包括....四處風行、隨手可得、也包括看不到被排斥的其它茶品

這跟安溪人四處開設的茶行有關、他們跟本不賣台灣茶或是就只用台式茶或低價的台茶

在無從選擇、無正確比較值(真正好的台灣茶),

所以只能選擇的鐵觀音

 

鐵觀音、就這幾天喝下來其實在點膩

很想換換茶喝....無奈所到之處都是鐵觀音與普洱

這也是在久居大陸流通普洱及鐵觀音台商間的共通說法。

所以台茶的潛力仍是有很大努力空間的

天仁、天福、現在的董事長是同一個人嘛、所以都差不多開始共用資源了

我們 自始自終根本沒想過要賣境外茶。台灣茶深受進口茶的傷害,身為最基層的茶農我們是受害最深的也是感受最強烈的,怎可能再讓進口茶多一份力量呢

境外參訪只是單純的知此知彼,才能加強對茶界的了解與認知。

也才能提昇自我,在面對強大的對手競爭該如何生存下去,如何壯大自 已。

 

我們在2005年看完越南茶區後,回來開始轉帳有機茶、在2006年就拿到有機驗證證書了。
 

 


就如同

去看鐵觀音、普洱茶的產地 狀況、產業狀況、如何能得知其風行的原因何在呢

至目前為止

已參訪過的有

1.開喜烏龍茶的茶飲、沖泡、充填工廠。

2.代工「農林」及其它公司飲料產品的,專業代工沖泡、充填工廠

3.古坑咖啡產業鍊(產業暨社區經營)

4.日月潭台茶18號紅茶區

5.越南大叻台式烏龍茶區

6.韓國的綠茶產業的,產制銷、研發等

7.中國永福台式烏龍茶區

8.北越烏龍茶(及中越邊境貿易 )

9.中國武夷山岩茶

10.日本靜岡深蒸綠茶

這些如用個人的名義、恐很難得其門而入

而團体自有其關系背景及最重要團体的實力

而參與的鬥茶協會這個團体中、其中也有人在越南、大陸當地投資種茶

當然也有人銷售境外茶

這都是個人的商業行為,「商人」只要賺錢就好、而我們茶農的看法就不同了。

祖先留下來的茶園、如果無法生產了、那如何面對長輩及祖先

這就是有在耕種的茶農與茶商的不同。

每個人有每個人的想法堅持與理想

我們只想把真正台灣茶的精神,感覺與文化,銷售到世界各國去

讓老爸老媽能以我為榮、這就夠了...

如果被罵、「賣進口茶的叛徒」,那就什麼都不是了.......
